Changelog

What changed in Remembite, newest first. Only things you can see or use.

2026-10-19

  • Privacy policy 1.4 and the Consumer Health Data page now cover body weight readings. Weight is stored in grams, shown in kg or lb, and you accept the updated health data notice in the app before your first reading is saved.
  • New AI tools, 23 in total: log_weight, get_weight, update_weight and delete_weight for body weight (say kg or lb, or your saved unit is used); update_meal to edit a logged meal in one call (meal type, time, add or remove foods, change a food's values); and lookup_barcode, which returns Open Food Facts reference values for a packaged product.
  • ChatGPT: Remembite now works in ChatGPT (beta, via developer mode). New page: Connect Remembite to ChatGPT.
  • Terms and Privacy: Remembite is for people aged 13 and over (Terms version 1.1, Privacy version 1.3), and the sign-in text now mentions the 6-digit code that comes with the email link.

2026-10-18

  • Water: ask Claude to log a drink of plain water in ml, l, fl oz or cups, and to delete an entry. Today shows the day's total and each entry, History charts water per day, and Goals has an optional daily water goal.
  • Updated health data notice: the notice now covers water. If you agreed earlier, you accept the updated notice in the app before you log water. Your meals, goals and history work as before. The Privacy policy is now version 1.2.

2026-10-16 (afternoon)

  • Goals: you can clear one goal without touching the others, and a goal with no date starts today in your own time zone.
  • Connecting Claude asks for read and write access in one step, so you do not connect a second time when it saves your first meal.
  • Sign-in: a new, friendlier email, clearer messages (invalid email, could not send, too many attempts) and one automatic retry when sending fails.
  • Site: Features has real app images and short clips, Use cases is a card grid, the home page is shorter with step clips in How it works, the FAQ opens one answer at a time, and the header shows My dashboard when you are signed in. ChatGPT is marked "coming soon".
  • Smaller fixes: the PROTEIN label is no longer cut off at 390 px, the blog index is a grid with thumbnails and there are more food pages under /calories.

2026-10-16 (morning)

  • Sign-up is open to everyone, with no waitlist. Sign in with an email link.
  • Edit a saved meal in the app (type, date, time, foods, numbers), or delete it.
  • A new Get started screen walks you through connecting Claude and logging your first meal. Choose your time zone on the Account page; days follow it.
  • Withdrawing health data consent now tells you what happens next. A Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy page is live.
  • Terms of Service and the Privacy policy are complete. Sign-in, consent and 404 pages, the Today card and the site share one look. Blog posts have a table of contents.

2026-10-15

  • The How to connect and Support pages are public, and linked from the home page, Features and the footer.
  • Demo charts have stronger contrast and larger text. The sample data no longer mentions ChatGPT.
  • /calories pages show cup sizes first. New post on cups to grams, and a refreshed ChatGPT prompt post.

2026-10-14

  • The demo dashboard has a banner that links back to the site and explains the model: your AI does the math, Remembite keeps the record.
  • Home page step 1 shows how to connect Claude: connector, email link, consent.
  • New blog posts on checking AI calorie estimates, exporting your food log, weekly averages and logging meals with Claude.
  • Keyboard and screen reader fixes on the demo and blog tables.

2026-10-13

  • Today and History label where each food's numbers came from, for example "Checked against USDA" or "AI estimate".
  • Meal output no longer shows calorie ranges. The saved number is the number your AI sent.
  • The Today card in your AI app matches the app.
  • Today and History show a macro chart and a trend that is easier to read.

2026-10-12

  • Your AI works out the numbers for each meal. Remembite compares them with reference data, asks first if one looks off, then saves them.
  • Saved templates keep the numbers Claude worked out, including foods outside the catalog.
  • The public calculator is retired. The demo dashboard replaces it.
  • New home page: "Your AI does the math. Remembite keeps the record."

2026-10-09

  • Remembite is live at remembite.com.
  • Demo dashboard with sample data at /demo/, with Today, History and Account screens.
  • Features, use cases and a blog.
  • The privacy policy lists the companies that process data for Remembite.
