Repeat a meal
Ask Claude to copy an earlier meal. Remembite saves a new meal with the same foods, weights and stored numbers.
Steps
- Tell Claude which meal to copy:
- "Log yesterday's breakfast again."
- "Log my usual breakfast." (a saved template)

Illustration, sample data A saved breakfast repeated with double the eggs: 652 kcal. A real Remembite result. - Add changes in the same message if you want them:
- "...but with half the rice."
- "...without the toast."
- "...and add a banana."
- Claude asks Remembite to save the copy. Check it on Today.
What you can change
| Change | Example |
|---|---|
| Scale the whole meal | "Same lunch, double portion." |
| Scale one item | "Same breakfast, but half the rice." |
| Remove an item | "Same dinner without the bread." |
| Add an item | "Same lunch plus an apple." |
When you scale an item, Remembite multiplies the numbers stored with it by the same ratio. It does not work out new numbers.
An added item carries numbers Claude works out, and Remembite checks it like any new meal. See When Remembite asks again.
Which meal gets copied
Claude can pick a meal by its date and type (the latest breakfast on that date), by template name, or by a specific saved meal.
Good to know
- Unchanged items keep the numbers stored with them, including foods outside the catalog.
- If Claude sends the same request twice, Remembite returns the meal it already saved and does not save a second copy.
- To change a meal after saving it, see Edit or delete a meal.
