Log a meal
Tell Claude what you ate, in plain words. Your AI works out the grams and nutrients, and Remembite saves the meal.
Steps
- Open a normal Claude chat with Remembite connected.
- Say what you ate:
- "I had 2 eggs and 150 g of rice for breakfast."
- "Log a chicken salad for lunch, about 350 g."

Illustration, sample data A breakfast described in plain words, then the saved card: 473 kcal. A real Remembite result. - Claude calls Remembite to save the meal. It replies with what was saved.
- Open the app. The meal appears on Today.

Sample data Today: the day's calories against your goal, then macros and other nutrients.
Weights in grams give the best estimate. The portion is the biggest source of error.
Choose the meal type
Say breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. If you do not, the meal is saved without a type.
Log a meal for an earlier day
Name the day or time in your message: "Yesterday at 8 pm I had pasta." Claude sends that time with the meal. If the date in the app looks wrong, change it in the app: see Edit or delete a meal.
If Remembite asks you something
If a number looks far off, nothing is saved and Claude asks you to confirm or fix it. See When Remembite asks again.
Good to know
- One meal holds up to 20 foods.
- Remembite is a tracking tool and gives no medical advice.
