Withdraw consent or delete your account

You have two choices. Withdrawing consent pauses Remembite and keeps your data. Deleting your account removes it.

Consent: what you agreed to

When you first connect an AI app, Remembite asks for your consent to store your meals, meal photos, water, weight, saved foods and goals. This can reveal health information, so it asks first.

Withdraw consent

1. Open Account, then Health data consent.
2. Choose Withdraw consent, then Yes, withdraw.

   

What happens next:

• Remembite stops showing and recording your meals, meal photos, water, weight, goals and saved foods.
• You are signed out on every device.
• Your data stays stored until you delete it.
• The sign-in page says: "Consent withdrawn. Your data stays until you delete your account. To give consent again, sign in and reconnect your AI assistant."

You can still export or delete from the Account page after you sign in again.

Give consent again

1. Sign in.
2. In Claude, open Customize > Connectors and connect Remembite again. If it is no longer listed, add it again.
3. Choose Agree and continue. Your meals show up in the app again.

Delete your account

Export first if you want a copy: Export your data.

1. Open Account and find Delete account.
2. Type your account email.
3. Choose Delete my account.

   

This deletes your meals, meal photos, water entries, weight readings, saved foods, goals, connected apps and sign-in. It cannot be undone.

Backups: encrypted nightly copies exist, and the copy kept in cloud storage is deleted after 31 days. Deleted photos stay in backups until then.

Delete smaller things

Ask Claude to delete one meal, or to forget a saved phrase or template. See Edit or delete a meal and Saved foods and templates.
