Stop retyping the same breakfast every day

Name a food or a meal once in a chat. Remembite stores it in your record, so the next log is one short message. A meal you logged wrong can be edited or deleted in the app. Your AI does the math. Remembite keeps the record.

Breakfast repeated with double the eggs, saved at 652 kcal
Illustration, sample data Double the eggs: 652 kcal. A real Remembite result.

Why retype the same breakfast every day?

You eat the same bowl of oatmeal every weekday. Each morning you describe it again, and the grams your AI guesses can differ from yesterday's.

What can I save by chat?

  • A name for a food. "my oats" means 350 g of cooked oatmeal. Saving the same phrase again replaces the old setting.
  • A meal. Save a logged breakfast as "eggs and toast". Each item keeps its weight and stored nutrient values.
  • A repeat with changes. "Log eggs and toast again, with double the eggs." Unchanged items keep their stored values; scaled items are multiplied by the weight ratio.

To remove a name or a meal, tell your AI to forget it. Meals already logged stay. Claude now, ChatGPT (beta). How to connect.

What does it look like in a chat?

  1. "Remember that 'my oats' means 350 g of cooked oatmeal." Result: Remembered "my oats" as Oatmeal, cooked with water.
  2. "Save that first breakfast as 'eggs and toast'." Result: Saved template "eggs and toast" with 3 items.
  3. "Log eggs and toast again, with double the eggs." The eggs go from 120 g to 240 g (358 kcal). Result: Repeated as breakfast: about 652 kcal, 34.3 g protein.

Fix or delete a meal you already logged

A wrong weight skews the whole day. Fix it where the meal lives.

  • Edit. On Today, press Edit on a meal to change its type, date, time, and each food's name, grams, calories, protein, carbs and fat, or to remove a food. To add one, tell your AI.
  • The number check. Type a number far from the USDA reference and press Save: the food shows "Check this number" and "Nothing is saved yet". Fix it, or choose Save anyway. Same question as in check before saving.
  • Delete. "Delete meal" asks "Yes, delete meal" first, then removes the meal and its foods from your log, totals and charts. It cannot be undone.

What are the limits?

  • My foods in the app is view and delete only. To change a saved name, ask your AI to save it again.
  • A saved name does not make its numbers right. A repeated meal reuses the stored values, scaled by weight.

Not for you if you want a recipe database or shared meal plans.
