Your AI does the math. Remembite keeps the record. Set your own calorie and protein goal, log meals by chatting, then ask "how much protein do I have left today?" Your AI answers from the saved day, and History charts protein by day. Remembite suggests no target.
Most lifters eat the same few meals. Retyping them, and adding up protein in your head, is the slow part.
How do I see protein left today?
Tell your AI the grams and whether the food is raw or cooked. It works out calories and macros and sends them with the meal. Remembite saves the meal, and for foods it can match to a USDA-based reference it compares the numbers first. If one looks far off, nothing is saved and your AI asks you.
You set the goal. Today adds each meal to the day, and "Protein goal reached" in History counts the logged days that hit it. Claude works now, including the iPhone app. ChatGPT (beta, via developer mode).
Three messages to a full day
Set a protein goal, then ask what is left. Goal 130 g, logged 105.5 g in 4 meals (1,931 kcal): 130 - 105.5 = 24.5 g left.
Say the state when you weigh. 100 g of raw chicken breast is 120 kcal and 22.5 g protein. Cooked is 165 kcal and 31 g protein. They are separate USDA records. See chicken breast calories and raw vs cooked calories.

Repeat your usual meal. "Log eggs and toast again, with double the eggs" came back as about 652 kcal and 34.3 g protein. The saved values are scaled by weight. The eggs calories page lists one large boiled egg at 50 g and 78 kcal, plus scrambled, fried and raw rows.
Illustration, sample data A saved breakfast repeated with double the eggs (652 kcal), then the template and phrase Remembite keeps for you. Real Remembite results.
For the oats figure below, the dry rolled oats calories page lists 379 kcal per 100 g.
80 g vs 160 g of dry oats, saved value doubled. Arithmetic on the USDA reference of 379 kcal per 100 g, as of 2026-10-12.
What does the week look like?
History shows 7, 30 and 90 days. Averages divide by the days that have meals, so a missed day does not drag them down. The weekly calorie average guide walks through an example week.
Sample data History for 7 and 30 days, protein at 126 of 130 g on the 7-day average, then Goals of 2,000 kcal and 130 g protein.
What it will not do
It sets no targets and does no coaching. The goal is yours.
Your AI's estimate is still an estimate. Weigh in grams when you can.
No photo logging, barcode scanner or brand numbers. Reference data is generic USDA.
Not for you if you need a coach or a prescribed plan.
Questions
Can Remembite set my protein goal?
No. You set it in Goals or by asking your AI, and Remembite stores it.
Does it track calories and protein together?
Yes. Each meal carries calories, protein, carbs and fat.
Can I repeat my usual meal?
Yes. Save it by name, then repeat it with edits such as double the eggs.
