Who works out the numbers?

Your AI app. It estimates the grams of each food and works out calories, protein, carbs and fat. Remembite saves them as sent, and keeps the record.

What does Remembite check before saving?

It compares each food it can confidently match with a USDA-based reference, and compares protein, carbs and fat with the calories. If a number looks off, nothing is saved and your AI asks you. See When Remembite asks again.

Are the numbers right?

They are estimates. The portion is the biggest source of error. Weighing food in grams gives the best estimate.

Is this medical advice?

No. Remembite is a tracking tool and gives no medical advice.

Which AI apps work with it?

Claude works through a custom connector: Connect Remembite to Claude. ChatGPT works in beta through developer mode: Connect Remembite to ChatGPT. Remembite is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.

What does Remembite store?

Your foods, quantities, nutrient numbers, meal date, time and time zone, your water logs, your weight readings (kg or lb), the photos you attach to meals, your saved names and templates, your goals and your email for sign-in. Because this can reveal health information, Remembite asks for your consent first. It does not sell your data and does not use it for ads. The privacy page lists the companies that process data for Remembite.

How do I export my data?

Account, then Download JSON or Download CSV. Photos come in a separate ZIP. See Export your data.

How do I delete my account?

Account, then Delete account. It cannot be undone. See Withdraw consent or delete your account.

Can I pause without deleting?

Yes. Withdraw consent on the Account page stops Remembite showing and recording your meals. Your data stays until you delete it.

Can I log a meal from last week?

Yes. Name the day in your message. See Log a meal.
