Remembite tools and what to say
You do not type tool names. Say what you want and your AI app picks the tool. Each row shows one sentence you can try.
| Tool | What it does | What you can say |
|---|---|---|
log_meal | Saves a meal with the numbers your AI worked out. Asks you first if a number looks off. | "I had 2 eggs and 150 g of rice for breakfast." |
resolve_meal | Optional. Shows reference values and questions for a meal. Saves nothing. | "Before you log it, what does the reference say for a bowl of oatmeal?" |
get_day | Shows the meals, the water and the totals of one day. Defaults to today. | "What did I eat today?" |
get_history | Lists meals by day for a range of up to 31 days, with daily totals and daily water totals. | "Show my dinners from the last two weeks." |
get_summary | Summarizes up to 92 days: average per logged day, days logged, days near your calorie goal, your five most logged foods, and the days with water logged and the average water on those days. | "How did my week look?" |
update_meal | Changes a saved meal in one step: its time or type, foods added or removed, or single fields of a food. Fields you do not mention stay as they were. Asks first if a changed number looks off. | "Move that dinner to 8 pm and add a glass of wine." |
update_meal_item | Replaces one food in a saved meal with new values. Asks first if the new numbers look off. | "The rice at lunch was 200 g, not 150 g." |
delete_meal | Deletes one saved meal and its photos for good. | "Delete my lunch from yesterday." |
search_food | Looks up foods in the catalog by name, with values per 100 g, common portions and the data source. | "Find me the catalog entry for cooked basmati rice." |
lookup_barcode | Looks up a packaged product by barcode in Open Food Facts and shows crowd-sourced reference values per 100 g and per serving. Check the label. Saves nothing. | "Look up barcode 5000112637922." |
get_goals | Shows the goals in effect on a date. Defaults to today. | "What are my goals?" |
set_goals | Sets daily goals from a date, including an optional water goal in ml. Values you leave out keep their setting. | "Set my goals to 2,000 kcal and 120 g protein." |
repeat_meal | Copies an earlier meal or template as a new meal, with optional changes. | "Log yesterday's breakfast again, but with half the rice." |
save_template | Saves a logged meal as a named template. | "Save that as my usual breakfast." |
remember_food | Saves your own meaning for a phrase, with an optional usual weight. | "Remember that my oats are 40 g of rolled oats." |
list_memory | Lists your saved templates and personal phrases. | "What have you saved for me?" |
forget_memory | Deletes one saved phrase or one template. Logged meals stay. | "Forget my oats." |
log_water | Saves one drink of plain water in ml, l, fl oz or cups (1 cup is 240 ml). If you say glass or bottle, your AI asks you for the amount in ml. Drinks with calories go in as meals. | "I drank 500 ml of water." |
delete_water | Deletes one saved water entry for good. | "Delete that last water entry." |
log_weight | Saves one body weight reading in kg or lb. Several readings a day are allowed, and the day shows their mean. Needs you to accept the updated health data notice first. If no unit is saved yet, your AI asks which you use. | "I weighed 81.4 kg this morning." |
get_weight | Shows your readings for a range of up to 366 days, with the change since about a week earlier, the 7, 14 and 30-day averages and your goal weight if you set one. | "How has my weight moved this month?" |
update_weight | Changes the weight or the time of one saved reading. | "That weigh-in was 81.0 kg, not 81.4." |
delete_weight | Deletes one saved weight reading for good. | "Delete this morning's weight." |
